NOFA DIXON
Nofa Dixon has been a professional artist and an active member of the Jacksonville community for over forty years. She taught Drawing, Painting, Ceramics, and Sculpture at William R Raines High School for twelve years where she developed one of the strongest art programs in Duval County’s Secondary Art Programs. Nofa spent another twelve years as Curator Education at the Jacksonville Art Museum (now MOCA). Between 2001-2019 she served as an associate professor in the department of Art and Design at the University of North Florida where she
taught Drawing, Design I and II, Painting and Art in Public Places. Together with her students she facilitated the creation of eighteen murals and mosaic images embellishing the UNF campus. Nofa has retired from teaching as a Professor Emerita and is having great fun creating art for her garden and working within the community, judging art exhibitions and helping artists to develop their personal art work.
Nofa has been exhibited throughout the United States and is included in numerous public, private and corporate collections including Orlando City Public Art, Orlando Jet Port, Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville, Southeast Bank of Miami, AT&T in Jacksonville, Womens Center of Jacksonville, Baptist South Hospital Maternity Ward, Delta Airlines Crown Room in Jacksonville, Atlanta and Cincinnati airports.

KEVIN ARTHUR
Kevin Arthur is a self-taught artist with a lifelong fascination with art particularly the human form and portraiture. He also enjoys plein air and still life work. Kevin studied with several local artist as well as national known artists, such as Kevin Beilfuss, Romel de la Torre, Kerry Dunn, Carolyn Anderson, Rose Franzen, Seth Haverkamp and Robert Liberace.
Mostly recently he was an artist in residence at Chateau D’Orquevaux in Orquevaux, France and featured in their permanent collection at the Galerie Diderot. He has been represented by The Southlight Gallery, CORK Gallery, The Space Gallery, Gallery 1037, The Home Studio Gallery, The Silver Cow Gallery, Raindawgs Gallery in Jacksonville. Kevin was a finalist in The Artfields art competition in South Carolina. He has taught at The Art League of Jacksonville, The Cultural Center of Ponte Vedra, and The University of North Florida continuing education.
Currently, Kevin teaches out of his home studio and belongs to several figure and plein air groups in Florida and in his home state of Indiana.
He works in charcoal, graphite, pastel, watercolor, printmaking, sculpture, oils and acrylics.

PABLO RIVERA
Our Children’s Art Show judge is renowned artist Pablo Rivera. Mr. Rivera is an accomplished photographer, drawer, watercolorist, and sculptor. He has exhibited in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, California, and Florida. In the greater Jacksonville area, he has exhibited with the St. Augustine Art Association, The Museum of Contemporary Art of Jacksonville, The Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens, and The Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach to name a few. He has been a guest judge for both the Children’s Art Show and the Mandarin Art Festival in years past, and now serving as the Children's Art Show primary judge.
