Like everyone, we have been closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19. After watching the number of cases multiply, and knowing that the only way to stop its spread and protect our community’s health is to avoid public gatherings, combined with the most recent recommendation from the CDC regarding large events and an increasing number of local and state restrictions, we are, unfortunately, forced to cancel the upcoming 52nd Annual Mandarin Art Festival.
While being a difficult decision, we take this step with all seriousness and acknowledge this is a financial challenge for all involved.
As the Mandarin Art Festival is the sole fundraising event for the Mandarin Community Club, its non-profit host, please consider making a tax-deductible contribution in support of its preservation and beautification efforts within the Mandarin community. Any donation amount would be welcomed and much appreciated, and will help us to weather this storm.
Additionally, please consider patronizing those artists who would have been exhibiting at the Festival. For many, art festivals and other events are their sole source of income. Visit the Accepted Artists page of our website, which provides links to the websites of those available, where you may find contact information and even purchase art online.
We are deeply indebted to our patrons, our artist exhibitors, our vendors, our sponsors, our volunteers, and all of our supporters who have been with us through this and other years. Your commitment is critical to the long-standing success of this event. We hope you will join us in future years (mark your calendars for April 3 & 4, 2021) as we continue to offer the Mandarin Art Festival to our exhibitors and our patrons!
We wish you health and resilience in the coming weeks and months.
